In this mechanized world, we take very little consideration about our daily food habits.Even if it looks like a small thing in a single day, when you do it every single day, it leads to various diseased conditions. As a general rule, we all like to be fit and muscular, and the key element for this Testosterone hormone.

1.Broccoli:

The above list of veggies have a phyto-chemical(meaning chemical substances in plants as above mentioned veggies) called INDOLE-3-CARBINOL (I3C) which known to sufficiently reduce estrogen and increase Testosterone production.

What is Gynecomastia ?

Gynecomastia, which is the term used for uncharacteristically large breast tissue in men,
comes from the Greek works gyne (woman) and mastos (breast).
You might also hear it referred to simply as “gyno” as well.
In the world of steroids it’s generally the result of the altered
ratio of hormones (testosterone versus estrogen) in the male body due to the use of steroids
and it’s often times irreversible. Most of the time, the only way to treat or remove
gynecomastia is surgery to reduce the increased breast tissue.
Gynecomastia is a fairly common side effect of using steroids.
It generally occurs because the intake of steroids can put the ratio of testosterone versus estrogen out of whack.
This usually happens when a steroid user is getting done with a cycle and stops adding testosterone to the body.
It takes a while for the body to begin naturally producing testosterone again at its normal levels
and during this time the levels of estrogen compared to the levels of testosterone are high.
So, that is when they will often see signs of gynecomastia.
Once the levels return to normal the stimulation of more breast tissue goes away
but often times the breast tissue that has already been formed remains.
The best way to avoid gynecomastia is to not use steroids at all,
but for those who choose to use steroids there are treatments to help avoid gynecomastia.
There are drugs called agents that may block the development of estrogen in the body
and that will reduce the effects of gynecomastia if taken before the estrogen levels get too high.
These drugs have not yet been fully studied as to their effectiveness,
but one thing that most experts know is that there isn’t a drug
that will remove excess tissue that has already formed.
Sometimes there are natural occurrences for this abnormal ratio of hormones
and males will experience gynecomastia without having used steroids or other hormone replacements.
Since it’s caused by a hormone imbalance, it often signifies that there is a problem with a gland in the body.
Sometimes boys will notice small lumps under their nipples that form during puberty.
They will generally go away on their own, but sometimes they continue to grow.
This is likely to happen in boys who are overweight.
Generally, gynecomastia offers no additional health risks for these adolescents other than the social stigma they often place on themselves.
Boys who suffer from gynecomastia often avoid situations that involve taking off their shirt so that includes sports.

At first I thought maybe this was a legit page, by someone who might have known a little about nutrition, but upon further reading, the lack of grammar skills, mix of American English and “original” (British) English, and ultimately, the use of “coz” (a sure way to know that something is written by either an ignorant teenager, or just uneducated person in general), tells me that no-one should take this article seriously. I am not a “Grammar Nazi”, but a professional in any field, writing any type of professional document should know and use proper language and grammar. Also, after reading the entire document, it is low on actual information about anything, and is much like a fifth grade report on vegetables, with unimportant facts about the vegetables and very little useful information.
This just emphasizes the poor state of the American education system in general, and is a problem I see increasing daily, sadly I see this in the professional world. I would understand if these were people who speak English as a second or even third language, but these are American citizens, born and raised, and there is no excuse for this. I also have noticed that this seems to be a direct result of “king George W. Bush” and his “No Child Left Behind” system, which has taken actual education time away from our schools, and created a system where the children are taught to take tests, rather than to give them an actual education. Anyone who finds that a website like this actually provides any real information on ANYTHING, also needs to increase their knowledge of finding real information on the web, and how to sort out information from b.s. and useless facts. This is a sad time in our country, and a telltale sign that our future is in danger. If we don’t want immigrants coming and taking our jobs (our GOOD jobs), then we need to educate our children well enough to compete against them, because currently, Asians and Indians are better educated and more qualified to do our jobs than we are. They are also taking our jobs because along with their better education and professionalism, they are willing to do them at a lower cost.
I am sorry about this rant, but I found this site while searching for information about nutrition and a healthier lifestyle, but during this search, I find sites like this that provide no real information and is written at a fifth grade level. I can only HOPE, that this site really was designed and written by a fifth grader, because that would at least show that our children are learning something, as web design is a useful skill, but it should be taught alongside proper language skills rather than instead of them. Also, proper research skills and report writing should obviously not be ignored, or else everything in our future will be written much like this this webpage, with no real substance or information, and only useless facts to fill space, with links to sources that contain a little bit of actual information. All in all, I would give this site a grade of a B- for design, a D for communication and language, and a D- for substance. It also seems like a site that was started for some kind of marketing reasons, and not finished, meaning that altogether, the marketing and design team involved in this (if this is the case), should also receive a failing grade completely.
If there is anyone reading this that can make a difference in the education of our children, and help avoid atrocities like this one, please do everything you can to do so. I am in fear of the future of this country, and our children, as this is proof that they are not prepared for anything other than professional consumers.
